Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date you (or a third party you designate) receive your order to withdraw, without giving any reason.
How to return a product
- Notify us before the 14-day deadline at contact@stavys.com, stating your order number.
- Return the product unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of your notification. We will provide the return address by email.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part, in which case we cover them. We recommend using a tracked shipping method; the products remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Refund
Once the return is received and checked (or upon proof of shipment), the refund — including the initial delivery costs — is issued within 14 days to the original payment method. A deduction may be applied if the product's value has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.
Defective or non-compliant product
Independently of the right of withdrawal, all products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). If a product is defective or non-compliant, contact us at contact@stavys.com: we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, return costs at our expense.
