Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping is free on all orders. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch — and in any case no later than 30 days after the order, in accordance with article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order ships.

Late delivery

Delays beyond our control may occur (customs, peak demand periods, bad weather). If the delivery deadline is exceeded, you may, after formally requesting delivery within a reasonable additional period without success, cancel the order under the conditions of articles L216-6 et seq. of the French Consumer Code and be refunded in full.

Delivery issues

Please check the condition of the parcel on delivery. In the event of a damaged, incomplete or lost parcel, contact us at contact@stavys.com and we will resolve the issue (reshipment or refund).
